Don’t know how I came across your site. I’m suppose 2 be responding 2 an old friend’s email. I just want 2 encourage u to keep searching. Think about how one day we’re gonna be @ deaths door, & we don’t want 2 be there with regrets. Not sure if u’ve heard of the Artist Way by Julia Cameron. After many years, I finally got around to reading it. U’ll find it refeshing. Remember 2 never settle out of fear, keep urself surrounded by supportive energy, always stay plugged into what u want (books, pictures, people, etc.) and that your passions in life are your purpose…the reason why u showed up. Heck, I’m probably telling u things u already know. Anyway, there was something in the words u wrote that capture my attention and made me want 2 write u. I have a lot more I’d like 2 share. As Cameron would say, I’m in creative recovery and I’m loving every minute of it. Let me know how ur doing on ur journey.

the artist way…if i turn to my right, it is on my bookshelf. it is one of MY books from undergrad-great book!! very very spiritual yet instructional as to how to write from the soul. as much as i feel that i am a writer, feedback and support is always appreciated and somehow helps to guide my path.
thanks so much! i’ll have to come back and read this when i feel my powers fading.
I think I’m falling in like with you based on these ten words.
“no experience. no remedy. just you and me and words.”
haha…thanks sooo much. your blog is kick arse!! by the way.
My Lord Woman. Its been a long time since words have touch me they way yours have. Borrowing Marc Broussard’s words because a lack of my own: “every whisper from your soul to my heart…”
Thank you.
why thank you, as well. i appreciate your kind words.
